SIMIACCI Consortium Meeting #2 – Paris, December 2025
Retour

As 2025 draws to a close, the SIMIACCI partners gathered in Paris for our second Consortium Meeting, hosted in the inspiring setting of the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle. This two-day event was a key moment to reflect on our progress and align on the next steps for this ambitious Horizon Europe project.

Day 1 – Collaboration and insights

The first day focused on Work Package updates. Each partner shared achievements, challenges, and future plans, sparking fruitful discussions and valuable suggestions. These exchanges reinforced our shared commitment to delivering innovative solutions for sustainable indoor air quality management in GLAMs.

Day 2 – GLAMs at the heart of SIMIACCI

The second day brought us closer to the cultural institutions at the core of SIMIACCI. Our GLAM partners presented their updates, highlighting the unique contexts and needs that shape our prototypes and strategies.

We concluded with a special visit to the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle, where we had the privilege to:

  • Explore one of the GLAMs actively involved in SIMIACCI.
  • Discover the first project prototype: an air quality monitor developed by TEQOYA in collaboration with SquairTech.
  • Gain an inside look at the cutting-edge research conducted by CNRS, thanks to their warm welcome into their laboratories.

Looking ahead

This meeting was not only about progress—it was about building momentum. Together, we are tackling challenges, refining solutions, and preparing for the next phase of demonstrations that will shape the future of sustainable cultural heritage preservation.
