Im Rahmen von SIMIACCI leitet AON das Arbeitspaket 12 – Marktbewertung und Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen. Es wird eine eingehende Marktanalyse durchführen, um mithilfe einer SWOT-Analyse Bedrohungen und Chancen zu identifizieren und Ideen zur aktuellen Nachfrage und zu Trends zu generieren. Auf der Grundlage der in Interviews gesammelten Daten, der Dokumentenanalyse und der Ermittlung bewährter Verfahren wird AON die angewandte Methodik und einen Strategieentwurf verfeinern.
Moreover, AON will develop the Business Model Canvas and the Sustainability Strategy of the project. Aon will design the commercialization pathway of the project results by running a series of workshops with all partners, to collectively share ideas and goals.
