Within SIMIACCI, AON leads the Work Package 12 – Market assessment and business models development. It will conduct a thorough market analysis to identify the threats and opportunities using SWOT analysis, generate insights into current demand and trends. Based on the data collected through interviews, literature review and best practices identification, AON will fine-tune the adopted methodology and a strategy canvas
Moreover, AON will develop the Business Model Canvas and the Sustainability Strategy of the project. Aon will design the commercialization pathway of the project results by running a series of workshops with all partners, to collectively share ideas and goals.
